I got my bachelors in creative writing from new mexico state university. (las cruces, NM) my home town. We actually have a wonderful program and just got put on the “25 most underrated MFA programs in the nation” for creative writing.
i am waiting to find out where i am getting into for my MFA, but i applied to several programs, should know in a couple of months.

but its all about taking into account where you want to live, what kind of writer you are, who you want to work with, what you expect to achieve…. and a million other things….
but im a really good resource, if you have any questions i have a lot of answers or can find you someone who does.
